"What it looks like to be on the other side"

About: Northwick Park Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I had surgery unexpectedly and I was received in Edison ward by Sister Rhodora and HCA Sabina. It's amazing the job they do in such a stressful and fast paced environment. From them until the anaesthesiologist (Jack) and the recovery team (Jane and Jay) I'm really thankful for the good care that I received.

As someone who gives patient care, I never thought how we impact people's lives and we look at it like minimal and it's only our job but now I realise what it looks like to be on the other side....

Thank you guys for such amazing job you do.
