"no continuity of care"

About: St Marks Hospital (Harrow) St Peter's Hospital / Gastroenterology

(as the patient),

I have been referred to St Marks from my local hospital in Surrey due to poor, ineffective care. After my first consultation back in April, I finally felt positive and hopeful that Healthcare professionals were going to be able to help me.

 Unfortunately since then I have seen 4 different Drs, all with different opinions. Continuity of care has been non-existent and I have just come away from an out patient appointment feeling absolutely abandoned and basically back to square one.

 I've had no copies of investigations that had been carried out, when I asked about the results it seemed the Dr couldn't be bothered to explain them to me. As a patient I feel very let down and disappointed
