About: Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust / Adult mental health (inpatient)

(as the patient),

I would like to praise the staff on ward B2 for the outstanding care I have received. Everyone from the charge nurse who spent time listening to me, my named nurse and health care support worker who came to ward meetings with on their days off.

I have being treated with nothing but respect and I would like to say a big thank you to every staff member.
