"a good practice"

Myself and my family have all been using the cedar practice for many years so i have seen many changes. Its a very good GP practice and the introduction of online booking for appointments is a real step forward as it was always stressful phoning for an appointment. I have not had to book an immediate appointment for a long time so I can't comment on whether that has improved, however, i will say that if you were phoning for a child you were always fitted in although there was a wait (understandable). There is always a long wait for an appointment in the women's clinic but that is because the appointments are for half an hour and of course its a good service.

Reception staff are very helpful and polite in my experience - two of them (ad many of the staff)have been there for years so that is re-assuring when visiting.
