What I liked
I was in the chest pain clinic. My appointment was for 10.30am. I waited only a few moments before seeing the specialist nurse. I then moved from one member of staff to another in a smooth flow without any unnecessary waiting time. The whole thing was very professional and extremely impressive.
What could be improved
I think it is rather silly for the receptionist to use the words, 'will you point to your ethnicity?' why not Ethnic Background
