This was my first visit for a number of years and I was  pleased to see that little had changed at Louth hospital, other than a new self-serve machine in the waiting area. The machine was to let the staff know I had arrived for my appointment.   The system was easy to use and didn't take long at all.   The staff that saw me for my appointment were so friendly and re-assuring, I felt like I wasn't being rushed and the service was professional.

Thanks for your lovely feedback about Louth outpatients, Glad you liked the new check in screens as they had made such a difference in reducing the amount of time patients were standing in line to check in with reception staff. Plus the new technology is so easy to use

The staff at Louth are a great team and I have shared all of your lovely comments with them this morning
