What I liked

My GP had requested an urgent MRI, so we assumed it would be weeks! (How cynical!) This was the Monday and by the Thursday I had a letter for an appointment the Thursday after...so far so good. The appointment was bang on time, in a comfortable waiting room, with great staff who made me very welcomed. The radiographer team were concerned about the scan and got my GP involved within 3 hours - impressive! I'm very grateful as I had surgery within 24 hours and am now on the mend. Thanks to everyone involved!
