"How embarrassed was I!"

    I would like to say a BIG thank you the staff at in the Ultrasound department at the Peterlee Community Hospital.

     I arrived today for a scan only to be told "this was for yesterday". How embarrassed was I.

    The receptionist asked me to wait for a minute and called the Ultrasound dept who promptly did my scan even though I was a day late!!

    Thank you SO much indeed....... please pass on my gratitude to ALL and please make sure the management are aware.
