"You will never get your appointment!!!"

I am absolutely frustrated with this GP. I have been on a phone for 55 minutes, calling them non stop and still nothing! When I was able to get in a line like 30 times, even 5 times in a row - no one was bothered to pick my call up, but when I called them again, it said they are talking to someone. That actually makes me feel like my call is being ignored on purpose. Last week I wasn’t able to book myself an appointment either because the lady said there was no appointment. So how am I suppose to book myself an appointment if they never pick my calls up and once they do, there’s never no appointments left!! There should be this cue future built when the patients call!! It’s a shame, I’ll change my GP as soon as possible because I feel like this Surgery just doesn’t give a damn about their patients. I would never recommend this surgery. I set my alarm at 8am just to be able to call them and get an appointment, while now it’s 9am and I’m left with no appointment, and my health issue not solved at all. Thanks Crosby house surgery!
