"Friendly and efficient staff"

About: York Hospital

I'd been referred by my GP to the AMC due to an infection from a bite that was deteriorating - this was a few days after an A&E visit over the weekend due to the infection spreading rapidly. I've had to come in five days in a row for further antibiotics and bloods checked etc. When it's busy the staff are on the ball - I've been to a few different hospitals for various things over the years and this is the best one yet. Communication seems to be a strong point here. Patient care is great.

Thank you for taking the time to write this - it's always lovely to read a message like this which reflects that our staff are working and communicating well to help our patients. And of course it's great to hear that we're the best:)
