"It is a shame for East London NHS"

I should rate The Incontinence Service in Newham below one star. I am a wheelchair-user with incontinence problems, instead of supplying me with incontinence pants and I was advised by one "specialist" nurse - not to think about my bladder. Dear NHS keep such "specialists" away from patients!
