"My stay at the Nuffield Newcastle"

I went into the Newcastle Nuffield Hospital on the 10 th of September this year for a hip replacement. On arrival the staff were very courteous and friendly the reception area was very welcoming warm and bright. I was taken to my room and introduced to all the nursing staff who would be looking after me I have to say this is one of the best hospitals I have ever been in the staff doctors physics catering staff were all so wonderful they put me at ease and nothing was to much bother I can't thank them enough for all the care and support that was shown to me on my three day stay the theatre staff were so so friendly and put me at ease explained everything that was happening a big big thankyou to the surgeon who if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be able to move more freely now and I have an amazing neat scar . My experience has been a happy one I can't thank the NHS enough for all my care this is a wonderful service which I whole heartedly appreciate all the hard work of all the staff involved.
