"Best service I’ve received"

I registered to Victoria surgery as a temporary patient and I’m my time here (a month) I’ve had to go to the doctors more than I ever had in that space of time. Every interaction with the reception staff was easy, they were always understanding and kind. I saw the doctor and he was always considerate, listened to what I had to say, I’ve never felt so reassured by the end of my visits with a doctor. Even having my blood tests the nurse that did this was extremely good with me, as I’m not very good with blood tests she helped to distract me and made the whole process a lot easier.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this practice and even with the usual delays I experience with pretty much any appointment, the service is definitely worth it.
