My appointment was 11:50 AM , I was in clinic 11:20 Staff told me - appointment will be late 1 hours . I have sitting 3.5 hours and do not visit consultant. It horrible services

I am so sorry and completely understand why you are unhappy with our services. Would you be able to contact pals@ULH.nhs.uk and let us know which clinic this happened in so we can discuss with the staff?

Once again my apologies; there may be delays that are unexpected but 3.5 hours is not acceptable.
