About: Dudley Integrated Health and Care NHS Trust

I was referred by my GP. Was told to ask for 121 only. Could only get CBT.

Tried to take my life 6 months later and was referred back told I would get 121, received a call I can only have CBT again? Nothing else offered.

I was left the news on a voice mail.
