"AMU unit."

About: Manor Hospital / Accident and emergency

My wife is being treated for cancer at the present time, the staff and the entire cancer personal are unbelievable there is nothing that is to much trouble for them 5 star treatment, but however i had to take her in as a emergency, the staff in this unit provided a very professional service, she was then moved onto the AMU unit, it was like going to another country let alone a different part of the hospital, the staff were like a bunch of trainees, very disorganised and not very carrying, the wife asked for pain relief on 2 occasions and was ignored, eventually they put her on a drip which was tied up with a surgical glove, after 2 hours the drip hadn't emptied, i told the nurse who seemed more concerned about her phone and texting, very poor service and little compassion on the AMU unit .
