I am pleased at the moment with the service being received from outpatients 5 for mental health at St. Johns, Livingston, West Lothian,

A trial is being run with my current Consultant where you can drop in one morning a week to her clinic. As I started to become unwell and was able to attend this service I am sure this service has supported me not becoming further unwell and helped my recovery.

The service I have received from mental health services in West Lothian have not been as good in the past but when I see good service I give good feedback. This change has meant that I have felt more empowered as sometimes the system isn’t fit for empowered patients it is fit to disempower. This has enabled me to show my insight and take responsibility for my recovery of my illness.

I was really pleased to read that the trial that is being run so that patients can drop in and see their consultant has really helped and supported you from becoming further unwell and has assisted in your recovery.
