On Monday 15th October my son and I attended the medical practice at 08.00, at 08.01 the receptionist took details of my son's request to see a doctor. By 08.03 the receptionist confirmed back that we would get to see a doctor if we 'sat & waited'. This my son excepted and we went to find a seat at pod 2 as directed. O8.05 my son was called for by a doctor.
The Dr listened carefully to my son about his concerns and told him she would deal with issues raised that day with the medical secretaries and that the medical secretary would be in contact with him later in the day. Both my son and I thanked the Dr for her help and left the medical practice by 08.15.
My son was able then to report for work and I was able to walk the dog.
At about 15.00 we received the call from the medical secretary to confirm the action outlined by the Dr.
All in all neither my son or I could have asked for better service.
