"Reception staff attitude"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital / Accident and emergency

Hi, I attended with my mother, she was visiting from out of Borough and needed to see someone. The receptionist was very rude to my mother and also spoke to her sharply. This took my mother by surprise as the majority of Wirral residents she has encountered have been helpful and approachable, maybe this lady lived out of Wirral.

She went through a full process of obtaining my mothers address, doctors details and her tone throughout was very bad. She said 'take a seat' and you will be seen in a few hours. My mother was in a state of shock by what happened to her and the lady showed now remorse or thanked my mother for the information she provided. As they are front of house I suggest some customer service training.
