I have recently had a total knee replacement at the Royal Orthopaedic and felt I had to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the wonderful care and I attention I received in this excellent hospital. Apart from the lengthy wait at admissions to go down for my knee operation ( understandable as there were 50 patients seen on that particular day) I was able to meet with the the surgeon and anaesthetist prior to the operation and nursing staff who were happy to discuss any concerns that I had and give reassurance. This quality care went on throughout my stay by a wonderful nursing team both in theatre and on the ward. Everything is done with great attention to detail right though to my discharge.
Thankyou once again....I hope I will be able to return when I need my other knee replaced.
