"amazing physio"

On 4 September I limped in to see the physio and walked out with the biggest smile on my face – I could finally walk and not just limp.

I have had a lot of hamstring problems in both legs for a while, and have had a couple of injections which initially worked, but when I saw this physio, he was the only person who actually got me to show him how I walked.

He then identified how to help me, and gave me exercise sheets to follow.

I had another appointment on 9 October to address the pain in my right leg, and although the result wasn’t quite as miraculous, I am sure that the physio will sort it soon.

I really want to stress how thankful I am to have this physio treating me.

Also, much praise to all the other staff at Cressex, the receptionists are brilliant, the staff who make the appointments are always so helpful.

You have a gem in the Cressex, I can’t praise everyone there enough.
