The Reception staff are a nightmare, unhelpful, rude, complain about patients and speak loudly on the phone so if you sit close you know the patients name and all about them.
Tell you there are no appointments when you are in crisis and Didn't inform about the duty team or worker.
since the move to Bayheath most of the time you ring there is no answer and the answer machine has not been turned on.
