"Disappointed"

About: Southport and Ormskirk Hospital NHS Trust

i have a shoulder injury to which I ended up going to southport hospital for an x ray and the service was really good and was out very quick and the staff seemed lovey then later on I was told to go to Physiotherapy the staff are really nice but I have found i’m not getting any where also a lot of my appointments have been cancelled ,because of the poor service I have rang complaints but was on the phone for ages and never got seen by anyone so I sent an email to complain and haven’t heard anything so I ended up sending a second email but I still haven’t heard anything .it says on the website it takes up to three working days and I will be coming up to that tomorrow. I’m just very disappointed that i’m not getting the help and support I need.
