"Terrible wait times and awful telephone service"

About: City Health Centre

As stated in other reviews, the wait times are ridiculous (a month for me). However it's the customer service over the phone that's the worst bit. They're blunt and unhelpful and it's that kind of behaviour that deters people from visiting their GP, delaying diagnosis and treatment they might seriously need. Really disappointing.

We appreciate all feedback both good and bad in an effort to continually improve the service.

We would be grateful if you could contact the practice and ask to speak to a manager so that we can investigate your concerns further.

Without knowing who you are it is difficult to comment on the poor customer service you have received over the phone.

If we can identify you we can go back and listen to the calls and act accordingly and identify if any staff need further training.
