"My new born baby nephews heart"

My nephew was born with heart conditions and was transferred to st thomases hospital where he was seen straight away and had all the test and treatment necessary to be able to return to the William Harvey hospital. Since returning my family have had nothing but different answers from different Doctors and none of them had spoke to each other and compared notes they all just kept doing what they assumed they should be doing. My nephew has bruses all over his legs and from the doctors giving him loads of different needles! When a doctor came to see my family he said they should not be doing that he should have a canula for this! No one is updating his notes so no one knows what my nephew has been given! This is so unsafe for him! It’s filthy and we have to ask the cleaner to actually clean the area! We will be taking things further and will get justice for this poor service! If this was their child or nephew they would be the best looked after baby ever but he’s not one of there own and he just gets pushed to the side! This is not on!
