"Today’s experience"

Over the past 30 years I have seen different doctors at the Cottingham Medical Practice. They have all been excellent and I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and kindness shown at all times even when they are probably under a lot of stress.Sadly the attitude of the reception staff has deteriorated significantly. Today the receptionist who dealt with my appointment was quite frankly rude and also couldn’t even give me eye contact. It was all just too inconvenient for her and it clearly showed in her manner. I’m not sure why she has taken a job working with people day to day if she can not put on a ‘professional front’ with the public.
