"Professional yet very caring friendly team"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

After a visit to my Dr. who advised me to come to the hospital as I had trouble breathing due to a chest infection from C. O. P. D. After a nights stay elsewhere I was brought to the Day surgery/ambulatory care unit where a room was provided. The professional yet very caring friendly team explained my treatment and were very approachable to any concerns I had. Although a very busy ward, it ran like clockwork and even time for smile in passing which goes a long way to brighten your day. A credit to our NHS from a very greatfull patient who is in awe of such a dedicated hardworking professional team. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.
