Today at 5.30pm 17/10/2018 I spoke to a very abrupt & rude man he needs training on customer service it seemed to be he had the attitude of not wanting to help this is not the first time I’ve had dealings with this man what with not getting an appointment every time I call then I have to deal with his rudeness & being so dismissive this no exaggeration on both counts !!!
