"Wish I never moved surgery"

I am used to a first class surgery the other side of Solihull however I had to move because I moved house. My one and only time I have been in contact to make an appointment I was told that there were no appointments and call back at 8am the next day or wait 3 days to talk to one of the nurses for them to decide if I needed an appointment (this is after me explaining I was in quite considerable pain). Not good when I have been used to a doctors who I often got same day appointments/telephone assessment. Might have to move GP’s because this way of working simply does not work for me.
