What I liked

I visited the hospital for an Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Scan - on arrival the staff were ready for my appointment. The screening nurse explained the procedure in detail and why it was valuable. During the screening the operator spoke to me throughout, telling what was going on and then froze the results so that I could see the scan.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and displayed the highest levels of professionism at all times.
