"Impossible to book appointments"

I tried to book an appointment with a GP over the phone.
This used to be a routine thing with little or no difficulty, but now it's almost impossible.
This surgery is an absolute waste of time.

We are really sorry that you found it difficult to reach surgery through our phone lines. We are looking into this at present. In the mean time we would like to encourage all our patients to register for our online appointment booking system. Please see our receptions staff for any help you require or please contact us on 01922 475 100 to speak to Practice Manager for further. We are eager to help you.
