My father has a nasty fall a few weeks ago.
He was taken to A&E late afternoon.
The care and attention he received was impecable.
Even though he was 10.5hrs before he went home he was in good hands - so thank you to all of your lovely staff.
Once he was cleaned up and plaster cast on, my sister took him back home.
Following Tuesday I took him to orthopaedic clinic where again, all very attentive and he was seen by orthopaedic surgeon and was told he neede an operation but the date would be confirmed after pre-op appointment.
He had a new and lighter cast put on and more x-rays.
Service was excellent and staff all lovely - again a big thank you to you all.
Father went to clinic again last Thursday for pre-op and now surgeons are deciding on whether to operate on my father as he does have good mobility on the arm.
Again staff were thorough and very good at explaining everything to father and my sister.
Well done to you all and I think our NHS is AMAZING - don't listen to the moaners and groaners or read the papers!!!
You are all angels.
