What I liked
I was a patient in the care of the Cardiac Pain Control Unit. Every area of service and care I received prior to, during and following the procedure to implant a pacemaker deserves the highest praise for the levels of professionalism, thoughtfulness, attention and care. It was the finest Christmas present I have ever received!
What could be improved

Whilst it is difficult to single out individuals, I must provide thanks to a very special team, headed by a Consultant Cardiologist, some of whom returned to duty from home at short notice so that I could receive the pacemaker.
