"Carpel tunnel surgery both hands."

I have had both my carpel tunnel surgeries at St. Stephens Gate Medical Practice.

On both occasions I can state that I was treated with respect and care by all the members of staff whilst there. I have read reviews about receptionist rudeness and poor waiting areas etc. but in my case I can say that I experienced none of this.

Before, during and after the surgery the care assistants and theatre staff were kind and reassuring and I enjoyed the banter once in the theatre as it really helped calm my nerves.

Both my operations have gone well and I have, so far, not had any negative issues.
