I slipped and fell and I broke my ankle in three places and it was my left Foot which I had been run over when I was a child.I was in plaster for a few months, then when plaster was removed had to attend physio as I couldn’t walk or put my left foot down.
I attended physio every fortnight where I met Gavin and Fiona who have worked miracles to get me back to my normal self again.Their professionalism and dedication to their work is amazing and I couldn’t of done this without them so after five months of physio and attending Biomechanics well done and I really appreciate all their help.
