"Endoscopy"

I vistited the Endoscopy department yesterday and today. Very easy to find as signposted. When arriving at reception I was told to take a seat and within minutes I was greeted and taken into the room for my test. I was extremely comfortable with the person who took me through. They were so polite and understanding. In the room I was met by another person. Both people in question were so lovely and really made me feel at ease. They were both so friendly and explained everything amazingly! They told me exactly what to do. I can’t rate their survive enough, as I was quite nervous they both made me feel so comfortable. It’s a shame I can’t mention their names as they deserve praise. They do an amazing job! What lovely people, they made my experience a lot more comfortable. Thank you so much. Keep up the good work.
