"Excellent care"

I want to compliment SRH (ENT and Day Case) for providing excellent care for surgery I needed urgently to fix my fractured nose.

I was seen very promptly by the ENT consultant who examined me thoroughly and explained my options. I needed an operation urgently and I was booked in the next day.

When I arrived at the day case unit this morning I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who took my details. All the nurses who had contact with me today made me feel at ease and were so friendly. The anaesthetist and consultant also saw me before and after the surgery and reassured me everything went well. They all made me feel important even tho I know there were many other patients having operations today. I work for the nhs myself and I was extremely impressed with the care I received. I could not fault the service I received today and I am very grateful my nose had been fixed
