"X Ray Receptionist bordering Rude!"

Have had few dealings with the Horton and has been fantastic, GP sent me Today for an X Ray, so went to X Ray reception lady on counter could see I had piece of paper in hand GP had given me, she barked "Oh are you a walk in!" as if i had a disease or something, she then barked "be over an hour wait!" I said its OK, was about to say I have taken time off work to come in and it being a Tuesday 10.30 am so No Monday or Friday rush, before I could even explain she barked again! "why don't you come back later" snatched my form and shouted follow orange line.

I understand you have scheduled and emergencies, but in front of other people dont shout at patients we are there for a reason and some people struggle at hospitals, shame that this one jobsworth who thinks she is a doctor has blemished the amazing service I have received in past from Horton, shame she is like this.
