About: Kingthorne Group Practice

I am now a Pensioner, and have been with this practice since birth. I went in to hospital for

Major Surgery in August.

Before and after the surgery I notified them of this.

following discharge, I was on crutches, and could not drive. I rang the surgery 3 weeks later

to find out what was the procedure for follow-up by the Practice for patients like myself.

My record was not up todate, they did not know what I had Had done, I could not get my painkillers that had been prescribed from the hospital.I had other issues which I needed answers to but had to rely on friends to sort on my behalf. I was lucky but others may not be so fortunate. Of course their answer is always - just give us a call if you have any problems.

Yet I received a letter re the Flu Jab, (as a vunerable patient) asking me to support the Practice and have it with them !!

So they do know I exist !!!
