This practice is under siege with complaints re the new arrangements for urgent appointments. It's certainly not ideal, but in this age of cuts and with GPs leaving en masse because of the ensuing pressure, the system seems to be working pretty well for most people. And it's still possible to get an emergency appointment if necessary.

I presented at the surgery having suffered ?TIA and I was seen immediately by a doctor who took my concerns very seriously, checked me over and referred me to the Stroke Clinic at HRH. Subsequently, it took a while to identify the right meds and I was treated promptly, with professionalism and kindness at every turn by the GPs and other health professionals.
