"Wonderful staff! Thank you"

About: Southmead Hospital / Gynaecology

I have been in and out of the Cotswold Ward and the Early Pregnancy Clinic for about 2 months now following an ecoptic pregnancy.

Without exception, all of the nurses and doctors that treated me were kind, compassionate, professional and understanding. I always felt that I was being listened and not at all rushed, although it is a very busy ward I felt that I was given undivided attention.

During a very stressful and upsetting time, the staff at Cotswold Ward and the EPC were completely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. One lady was a particular delight, she even brought me a cup of tea, biscuits and some fruit when I wasn't feeling well.

The staff are a credit to the NHS and the medical profession. Thank you all so much.
