I'm am sick of listening to people in the drop in blood clinic complaining about waiting times. They cover the whole area in that small department AND whilst you sit there complaining, you are sat in the same room as people who are going through blood CANCER treatments and are waiting to see their consultants. I've never heard any of them complain. I am one of those people and I once waited for my 3.15 appt and saw my consultant at 5om, because he had an emergency on the ward and was late to clinic. After living in the hospital for 8 months I saw how many hours they work, and the pressure they are under its outstanding they survive. But they 1st thing they do is apologise for YOUR wait not complain to you that they are run ragged and barely get any rest. So breath and remember to sit and relax there is much more problems in the world than having to wait.
