I work in another GP where my manager asked for my immunisation update & I have been chasing nearly 6 to 8 months for it since i’Ve Registered with them.on 19.09.18 they told me they don’t have any record of my immunisation as I needed it urgently to switch my job role.Every patient has their records,even a dead patient .

I couldn’t switch to the job role I wanted bcoz they lost it !!I have never seen any GP as careless as they r.,when I wanted to talk with the manager she was very rude bcoz i asked her same question I asked to the receiptionist,she charged me how could I dare to ask it again!!

My 2nd concern is my blood results; I gave blood on July or August but they called me for results at end of September & booked me for 25.09.18 ...Now today 30 minutes ago they called me to cancel my appointment as they don’t have any nurse at this moment!!Blood results take 2/3 days to come & take maximum 7 days to let a patient know where I can only get my results on October 6th they r offering me the latest available date..I have very low vit D,Stress hypertension & suspecting kidney disease with all these conditions I have to wait 3 to 4 months to get only my blood results!!Its a horrible practice I have ever experienced with,one of their receptionist understands English hardly!!Their manager doesn’t bother to hear patient’s problem!I know patient’s right as I work in same field & we can’t even imagine these regular incidents,they failed to provide each & every serviice I asked for & it is the nearest practice for us!! They should b seriously inspected by their authority...
