"18 months old hypospadia operation"

About: Watford General Hospital

I’m so very pleased with the care provided to my son.

He went for a complex hypospadia repair which other opinions also told us it would have to be done in a two stage operation. The consultant and team did an outstanding job avoiding the second op. Since day 1 we were well informed of all procedures and received what felt like a personalised treatment.

Being modest, safari ward is well decorated for children and well maintained, there are many toys available, music and paintings. Batteries are regularly checked as most are in working function.

The nursing team also provided a great service being attentive and calm. Informed us of everything and going beyond their needs.

After such a hard week thank you everyone!

Keep up the good work! Small details make all the difference.

Thank you for taking the time to write this feedback, Ana. We are so glad to hear that our teams succeeded in providing thoughtful and attentive care, and that you were kept well informed throughout the week. We wish Theo the very best and will pass your kind words onto the team.
