I have been using this facility for three full years and due to me condition visit regularly, I can say without a doubt this team are exemplar, I say this from a position of certainty and measure it against the many other places i have given blood over the years of my illness, the very worst being Kings College.
The team are engaging friendly and fun, I have observed how they have dealt with rudeness from patients without a glimmer of or change in their professionalism I have watched them calm worried people down and chat with youngsters.
In short I cant thank them enough for their steadfast professionalism and your directorate should be exceptionally proud of the service these ladies provide, I have special thanks to one member of staff who saw me most regularly and at my worst she is simply an amazing lady and i am grateful to have got to see her.
