"Very courteous and efficient reponse!"

Having had the cast removed from my wrist 2 weeks ago, I had concerns about the continuing pain, swelling and general lack of mobility to my hand although I am performing all of the recommended exercises.

I needed to have a quick chat with one of the hand therapists. Without too much delay, I was put through to a member of staff and she gave me excellent and reassuring advice. At most this only took 10 minutes or so but - how invaluable!!

The member of staff was patient, respectful and very helpful. Thank you so much to all concerned. I can stop feeling panicky when I awake at 3 a.m now.
