About: Victoria Hospital / Day Intervention Unit

(as a service user),

I recently had a procedure done at the Day intervention ward in Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy. The procedure was performed by Mr Manimaran who is such a lovely gentleman. He took time out to explain the procedure I was having and reassured me everything would be fine and made me feel so at ease. 

Before and after the procedure whilst on the ward I was made very comfortable with the lovely staff. The nurse that looked after me was Keren. She is such a lovely young lady that was so kind and reassuring. She was so observant throughout my stay.  I would like to thank everyone that cared for me whilst i was in getting this procedure done.
