my Husband had a letter from the surgery for him to make an appointment to have a flu jab which he did they then cancel the appointments and told him he would have to make another appointment so he tried was told he couldn’t make one for the rest of the month as they were fully booked and for him to phone on the 15th when he phoned them to be told that they were fully booked again. I think it is disgusting they were the one who had cancelled his original appointment so they should of booked him a new appointment.
