"General feedback on support provided"

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the doctors and the practice nurse for taking the time to provide letters in support of my recent PIP and Capability for Work assessments - the doctors and the nurse gave their time to write full and honest and constructive letters which made a great contribution to me being successful in my assessments. This support and the letters played a great part in easing the stress of these situations for me and provided a lot of professional expertise to the extensive information already given to the organisations. My thanks to the everyone at the Docs - doctors, nurses and receptionists.
