(as a service user),

Even though I am as nervous as I have ever been due to an impending exam, the consultation with the nurse at conifer house calmed me down. I was informed she had done a postgraduate qualification whilst explaining my problem and had a really productive conversation with her, which helps. 

Thank you ‘miss nurse’ who is obviously an NHS Hero
